Job Description

Requirements:
Pass drug test General knowledge of standard welding process and practices. Experience with MIG, Stick and Tig welding Ability to operate standard fabrication shop equipment and machinery (Bridgeport, Ironworker, Saw) Read and understand fabrication drawings including quantities, dimensions, material and parts Complete projects from start to finish Safety conscious and constant use of protective equipment Keeps equipment maintained and work area clean and safe Ability to inspect personal work for accuracy and follow quality control procedures Typical work is Monday through Friday 6AM-2PM Honest, trustworthy, come to work on-time. Tardiness is not acceptable Be able to polish stainless steel and aluminum to a #4 finish Grind welds on steel rails and structural items Skills • Good verbal and written communication Critical thinking Mathematics Coordination Judgment and decision making Time management Quality conscious If you come in for an interview, bring your welding shield as you will be asked to demonstrate your welding abilities Hourly pay will be determined on how qualified the candidate is.
