60430226 Job Description We are looking for a dependable, skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment. Responsibilities Weld and assemble fabricated metal products efficiently and accurately. Produce strong, clean, consistent welds with good penetration. Follow welding procedures, blueprints, cut lists, and use appropriate jigs and fixtures. Operate welding equipment and forklifts safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Assist coworkers as needed and meet production goals. Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of welding processes and equipment. Ability to weld flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Ability to read measuring tapes, blueprints, and cut lists. Basic math skills, including fractions and angles. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various positions for extended periods. Forklift experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to learn through hands-on, on-the-job training.
