You'll play a hands-on role in assembling, welding, and fabricating metal components while ensuring quality workmanship and keeping production on schedule. ️ What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal components. Measure, cut, fit, and align materials for welding. Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized workspace. Work with fabrication team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Document completed work and report defects or issues to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. . What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. AWS, CWB, or equivalent welding certifications preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Basic computer and email skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. The Job Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Stand, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods. Comfortable working in a shop environment with noise, heat, and confined spaces.
