▶ Apply Structural Welder

Per Diem Offered Alma, Michigan
Posted on August 13, 2026 Published By Alexia Murray Trillium Construction is currently hiring Structural Welders in Alma, MI!

Will be working on NAVSEA and defense contract projects, welding pulse mig and fluxcore. Project is expected to last 8+ months with more work to follow. Weld Test to be performed on site: 2G FCAW and 2G GMAW on 1 inch plate with metal backing.

Pay:

$32/hr (days) & $34/hr (nights)

Per Diem:

$130/all 7 days

Schedule:

58+ hrs week, Mon-Fri with option to work Sat or Sun Apply today!

Qualifications:

4+ years experience structural welding
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Valid DL and reliable transportation
