Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the fabrication and repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
10 pm to 6 am, Sunday through Friday (OT is scheduled prior to start time) What's the Job? Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate techniques and welding devices. Position parts according to work orders, routings, prints, and knowledge of the unit. Regulate welding machines for proper weld current, wire feed, and gas flow. Ensure the fit, function, and aesthetics meet or exceed quality standards. Remove weld imperfections and document all work-related information accurately. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of MIG and TIG welding experience. Knowledge of blueprints and welding symbols preferred. Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to interpret blueprints and solve practical fabrication problems.
