Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the fabrication and repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
10 pm to 6 am, Sunday through Thursday overtime is scheduled prior to shift time and can be heavy including Fridays What's the Job? Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate techniques and welding devices. Position parts according to work orders, routings, and prints, ensuring accuracy and quality. Regulate welding machines for proper current, wire feed, and gas flow to achieve optimal results. Ensure that the fit, function, and appearance of welds meet or exceed quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED
At least one (1) year of MIG and TIG welding experience.
REQUIRED
Knowledge of blueprints and welding symbols is preferred. Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to interpret blueprints and solve practical fabrication problems.
