Welders/Fabricators

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking skilled, motivated Welder/Fabricators to join a high-demand manufacturing team in Clare, MI . As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts and assemblies while maintaining precision, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, temperature-controlled facility producing high-quality steel and aluminum components used across multiple industries.

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (primary need) Additional shifts may become available Starting at $18/hour and up based on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding and fabrication to exact design specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Set up and maintain welding equipment Inspect finished products and perform weld clean-up as needed Monitor quality and ensure consistency in all production Assist with material handling and general shop duties Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S/6S standards

Qualifications:

1+ years of welding/fabrication experience required (MIG preferred) Strong understanding of welding techniques and industry standards Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Ability to pass a weld test, drug screen, background check, and physical Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable using tools such as grinders, torches, and plasma cutters Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if needed) Why Peoplelink?
