Additional $0.55 Per Hour •
Attendance Incentive:

Duties:
Lay out, position, assemble, and MIG weld carbon steel and other materials to produce finished products according to engineering specifications and drawings. Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine project requirements, weld dimensions, and assembly procedures. Prepare materials for welding by clamping, grinding, and positioning components. Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and finished parts. Conduct visual inspections and perform quality checks on welds to meet ASME and company quality standards. Perform basic maintenance on welding and material handling equipment. Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of MIG fabrication welding experience. Strong background in material handling, including crane and forklift operation. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy materials, and weld in various positions, including flat, vertical, and overhead. Must be able to pass a MIG weld test. Ability to read tape measures and understand weld symbols. Familiarity with standard welding equipment. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
