In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring they meet strict industry standards and customer specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials and advanced fabrication techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and welding techniques to join metal parts securely. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape sheet metal and ductwork. Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and alignment. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Fabricate components according to ASME codes & standards, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Assist in pipe threading, machining, soldering, assembly, and mechanical installation processes as needed for project completion. Skills Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of safety protocols and site-specific procedures. Proficiency in
MIG, TIG, FCAW
welding techniques; experience Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, machining, soldering, and assembly processes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with rigging operations, forklift operation, and sheet metal work. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks; understanding of ASME codes & standards is a plus.
