This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong welding and fabrication skills to work in a quality-driven manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate welding equipment with minimal supervision. Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding processes as required. Operate torches, plasma cutters, grinders, brakes, shears, saws, and other metal fabrication equipment. Weld and fabricate a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel . Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Understand and work to specified dimensions and tolerances . Inspect completed work and verify that products meet specified requirements. Perform minor maintenance and basic upkeep on welding and fabrication equipment. Use PL software to determine production schedules and identify parts to be manufactured. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 4+ years of experience and/or training operating welding and metal fabrication equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A one-year certificate from a college or technical school is preferred. Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding and general metal fabrication. Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel . Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints . Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and quality requirements . Strong materials knowledge and mechanical aptitude. Ability to use common welding and metal fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine fabrication and welding issues. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team.
INDMAIN Pay:
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
