Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our production team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a stable 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) on 1st shift.
The ideal candidate is highly punctual, possesses strong mechanical aptitude, and can work independently from blueprints. This position is a temp-to-hire role with a 90-day probationary period through a partner staffing agency prior to direct placement.
