Welder Dominion Technologies Group Inc - 2.9 Roseville, MI Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Rulers Grinding machine operation Component installation Machine repair TIG welding Measuring instruments Blueprint dimension interpretation Visual inspection as testing technique Fabrication repair techniques Equipment maintenance Quality systems Gas metal arc welding Entry level Full Job Description The Welder/Fitter uses appropriate tools and equipment for MIG, TIG and Arc welding Read blueprints and use necessary measuring devices Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead) Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Supports all quality systems requirements Dominion Technologies Group, Inc. offers a large variety of automated equipment designed to meet assembly and process specifications, is looking for a Welder to join our team.
