MIG & TIG

Welders

  • and•Production Robotic Welders to join our fast-growing team!

MIG Welders start at $20.00/hour, up to $23.00/hour, to start, dependent on your weld test score. Plus, $2.00/hour more for shift premium for afternoons and midnights. TIG Welders start at $23.00/hour, up to $26.00/hour, to start, dependent on your weld test score. Plus, $2.00/hour more for shift premium for afternoons and midnights. Robot Welders start at $18.00/hour, up to $20.00/hour, to start, dependent on your weld test score. Plus, $2.00/hour more for shift premium for afternoons and midnights.

Openings are on ALL shifts:

Days

  • 7:00am
  • 3:00pm (Monday
  • Friday) Afternoons
  • 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm (Monday
  • Friday) Midnights
  • 11:00pm
  • 7:00am (Sunday
  • Thursday) All position are Contract to hire for the first 30 days or more depending on attendance and performance, then employes will move to direct hire, includes raise.

Paid and unpaid time off is also available including paid holidays. There are opportunities for cross-training and advancement, too! Your typical work week is 5-days Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime, based on customer demand. Requirements include passing a pre-employment physical with the capability of lifting up to 50 pounds and completing a drug screen and background check prior to start.
