Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Welder to join our team of professionals at our Traverse City Location. This role involves precision work on specialized projects, requiring strong technical expertise and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding and other advanced welding techniques to join and fabricate metal components Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet exact specifications Assemble and fabricate complex metal structures with precision Utilize hand tools, micrometers, and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated expertise in welding and fabrication, with a strong track record of success in industrial settings Proficiency in MIG welding and familiarity with other welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Skilled in using precision tools and measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
