Your responsibilities will include:

Set up and operate welding equipment to perform MIG welding on a variety of products and components. Lay out, position, align, and fit metal parts according to customer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding requirements. Perform finish grinding and spot grinding to meet quality and appearance standards. Inspect your work to ensure weld quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Perform routine maintenance and care of welding and grinding equipment. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet production and quality goals. Look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and make our work better every day. What We're Looking For Previous MIG welding experience preferred. TIG or robotic welding experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to work independently while also being a great teammate.
