MIG/TIG Welder Position, Start immediately | $21:00 to 26:00/ Hour Weekly Pay!

Description:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on large custom industrial ovens using stainless and mild steel materials. Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute welding and fabrication tasks accurately. Carry out a mix of bench and custom welding work, ensuring high-quality welds and strong structural integrity. Use hand and power tools, as well as basic fabrication equipment, to cut, fit, and assemble components. Support mechanical assembly tasks, with approximately 25% of time spent assisting with assembly work as needed. Operate wire feed equipment and other welding tools safely and efficiently. Inspect welds and assemblies for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and production schedules while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area in the shop.

• $21.00 to 26.00/hour. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45000.00

• 2 raises every year. One annually and one every August
• The raises are anywhere from $.40
• $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises.
• They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week.
