Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Second Shift Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that all welds meet industry standards and project specifications, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 3:15 PM to 1:45
AM Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and Silver Soldering, Laser Weld experience a PLUS Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters Measure materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Achieve/maintain CWB certification for specific weld joints Assist in pipe threading, soldering, plasma cutting, mechanical assembly, and ductwork fabrication as needed for various projects Skills Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols Proficiency in MIG welding and TIG welding Work with consistent speed and accuracy in a production environment Crosstrain in other departments to suit varying production demands Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications:
Previous welding experience Basic math skills Strong communication skills Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
