  • TIG WELDER

  • Are you passionate about precision welding and take pride in producing high-quality work? We are seeking an experienced
  • TIG Welder
  • to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will weld stainless and carbon steel components used in custom radiator assemblies, working with thin-gauge materials and tight tolerances to create durable, leak-free products. This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and working in a clean, modern production environment.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Perform precision
  • TIG welding
  • on stainless and carbon steel components.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

+ Prepare, fit, align, and assemble parts prior to welding.

+ Weld thin-gauge materials while maintaining high-quality standards and appearance.

+ Connect radiator tubing and components to create leak-free assemblies.

+ Inspect finished welds and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.

+ Use hand and power tools including grinders, drills, cutters, and measuring instruments.

+ Maintain accurate workmanship while working in various welding positions.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.

  • Required Qualifications
  • + Minimum
  • 1 year of TIG welding experience
  • with stainless steel.

+ Experience welding thin-gauge materials with tight tolerances.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Familiarity with grinders, drills, measuring tools, and fabrication equipment.

+ Ability to perform precise welds on small parts and components.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Welding school certification or technical training. + 3+ years of TIG welding experience. + Experience with both
  • TIG and MIG welding
  • . + Experience in metal fabrication, radiator manufacturing, or custom assemblies. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $52832.00
  • $68723.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
