Paid Time Off (PTO) Duties of the welder:

Set up welding jobs, verify piece counts, and perform precision welds according to engineering blueprints

Operate welding machinery safely while inspecting finished components against print specifications

Utilize overhead hoists and manual pallet jacks to transport materials and stage weld assemblies

Maintain accurate job logs, track production paperwork, and report equipment maintenance needs Requirements of the welder:

Hands-on welding experience or formal trade school certification in MIG, TIG, or structural welding

Ability to read complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and accurately use a tape measure

Physical ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift

Requirement to wear steel-toed safety boots on the shop floor
