Job Description
Excel Staffing Services has partnered with one of the top Manufacturing companies in the Corcoran, MN area. We are actively seeking Welding candidates for a temp to hire position on a 1st shift! Excellent temp to hire opportunity, with great benefits upon permanent hire!
Job Duties/Requirements:
Welding with .045 flux core dual shield MIG 90% of the time TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel on rare occasions, experience with this process is a plus but not necessary The assemblies welded up need to be cleaned of any slag/porosity and spatter to ensure a clean finish on the product. Lifting over 50lbs Must be able to work independently, as well as in a small team environment. Must have a stable work history, be dependable and have excellent attendance.
