Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder/Fabricator to join our pack. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling brush cutters with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet strict safety standards, quality expectations, and engineering specifications. Hours are Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30 pm.
NO WEEKENDS!
Duties Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately. Use measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and tolerances in fabrication work. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and tools while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring compliance with codes & standards and other industry regulations. Skills Welding experience is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and machining tools. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication projects. Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely when required. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.
