$23-$32/hr Full Benefits/Long term role Job Summary We are hiring a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a fast-paced contract manufacturing job shop. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of parts and materials, supporting different projects each week. Ideal candidates will have experience with thin-gauge welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication support tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding (14-18 gauge) in flat and horizontal positions Complete TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel Load and unload parts from robotic welding equipment Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Grind, clean, and finish welded parts to meet quality standards Inspect welds and correct defects as needed Support a variety of projects in a job shop environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety and production procedures Required Qualifications Experience with MIG welding or completion of a welding program Ability to weld in flat and horizontal positions Experience or exposure to TIG welding (mild steel & stainless) Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a job shop or high-mix production environment Experience with both MIG and TIG welding on thin-gauge material Familiarity with robotic welding systems Ability to adapt to changing priorities and part types Why Apply?
