We are seeking a reliable and skilled Metal Fabricator to join a local team. This role involves reading blueprints, measuring, and assembling or welding parts to specification. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.What You'll Be Doing:
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Weld, bolt, or rivet components to assemble structural or functional parts.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Work with different metals as needed.
- Some sit-down forklift
- Grinding What makes you a great fit:
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG, Stick) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
