Job Description

CEG, parent company to Erskine Attachments, is looking for production level welders!
Job Summary:
Perform a variety of duties as assigned including, but not be limited to working as part of a team in materials, assembling, paint or welding areas. Production employees are assigned to tasks based on production needs and are expected to perform to high quality standards.
Wage:
Up to $21.50 an hour plus quarterly bonus incentives!

(Other duties may be assigned): Understands and complies with safety training Maintains a neat and clean work area Ability to cross train and perform multiple areas Safely positions and secures work-piece using hoist Safely operates forklift Examines work-piece for defects and ensures conformance with specifications Using various hand tools to assemble component parts into finished products according to production manual specifications. Practices and supports continuous improvement within the company. Interacts well with other team members and also able to work independently. Education and/or
Experience:
A background in metal fabrication and manufacturing Ability to read and assemble parts according to production work instructions Proficient in the use of a variety of hand tools and hand-held power tools Strong mechanical aptitude Smart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities CEG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
