Job Description
- Hiring MIG/TIG
- Welding Position
- Build high‑quality exhaust systems.
- What You'll Do
- + •MIG Welding•— Weld mild and stainless steel for custom and production exhaust systems across multiple industries.
- Blueprint Interpretation
- — Build directly from prints, weld symbols, and detailed work instructions. +
- System Assembly
- — Tack, fit, and assemble exhaust systems with precision and consistency. +
- Weld Testing
- — Complete a weld test by building a finished product from a print that meets dimensional and quality standards. +
- Fabrication Support
- — Operate fabrication equipment such as brake presses, shears, rollers, and plasma cutters. +
- Measurement & Quality
- — Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and inspect welds for accuracy. +
- Shop Collaboration
- — Work across the shop, troubleshoot issues, and help improve processes. +
- Workplace Standards
- — Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports safety and efficiency.
- What You Bring
- + MIG Welding Experience on mild and stainless steel + Blueprint Reading Skills and comfort with weld symbols + Experience in custom or production welding environments + Basic fabrication abilities—cutting, fitting, assembly + Ability to measure accurately and work within tight tolerances + Hands‑on welding experience from school, farm work, or previous jobs + Willingness to jump into different tasks and support shop needs •Bonus Skills•+ Experience with brake presses, shears, rollers + Familiarity with TIG welding + Exposure to wire‑feed welding equipment + Experience in industrial, educational, or farm‑based fabrication + Interest in learning new processes and equipment •Your Work Environment•You'll work in a new, well‑organized fabrication facility designed for efficiency, safety, and smooth workflow.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.
