Job Description

Job Title:
Welder | Weekly Pay Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in producing exhaust systems for various markets, including power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road. This role primarily involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel. Tack welding and assembling exhaust systems will also be part of the duties, although the focus will be on custom and production-style MIG welding. The role requires reading blueprints and weld symbols and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in the shop. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems. Tack weld and assemble exhaust systems as required. Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to build products. Assist with fabrication tasks such as operating a brake press, shear, and roller. Participate in a weld test by building a product from a blueprint. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. Experience with metal fabrication and the ability to perform various tasks in a fabrication shop. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with plasma cutting and using tape measures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $36.00/hr.
