Are you someone who takes pride in building quality products that make a difference? We're looking for a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. If you enjoy working with steel, solving fabrication challenges, and building products from start to finish, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

MIG weld and fabricate steel components Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Cut, fit, grind, and assemble fabricated parts Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely Work on a variety of custom agricultural and commercial projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work as part of a team to produce high-quality products

What We're Looking For:

Welding and fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable with a positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
