Job Description
- Job Title: MIG Welder
- 1st & 2nd shift - $25-$32/HR
- Job Description
- Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will perform MIG welds on 18 gauge mild steel and 1/2 inch mild steel. Your expertise will be crucial in fabricating and welding parts and assemblies for pavement maintenance equipment, safety railings, and other components. You will primarily execute butt and fill welds and ensure the grinding and finishing of parts is completed to high standards.

- + Perform MIG welding on mild steel. + Fabricate and assemble pavement maintenance equipment and safety railings. + Execute butt and fill welds. + Conduct grinding and finishing on welded parts. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

- Work Environment
- Our facility provides a large warehouse-type environment where equipment for the industrial roofing industry is fabricated and assembled. You will work with mild steel and outsourced piece parts such as motors, pneumatics, and electronics. The workstations are clean and well-organized, ensuring a productive and safe work setting.

- This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $24.
00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
