Full Job Description Position Title:
Welder Pay Range:
$25.75

99/hour based on experience and weld test outcome
Schedule:
4/10, Monday
  • Thursday First Shift, 5am-3pm Second Shift, 3pm-1am

00 differential What You'll Do Performing welding operations in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Your primary duties will include setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment, interpreting blueprints and drawings, and ensuring the quality of welded components. Can interpret and work from detailed blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. Proficient in operating a variety of welding equipment and tools. Capable of welding various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum) using different welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG). May assist in training other welding employees. Ensures quality control and adheres to safety protocols. Performs other duties as assigned. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding preferred. Proven experience as a Welder or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience in welding operations. Proficiency in MIG, and TIG welding techniques required, familiarity with other welding processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in welding operations. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Knowledge of welding equipment setup, maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with safety procedures and practices in welding operations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
