Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays as Needed We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in architectural metal products. This position is responsible for welding aluminum and stainless steel components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials. Assist with the fabrication and assembly of parts as needed. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure specifications are met. Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision instruments. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and stainless steel. Strong MIG and TIG welding experience required. Fabrication experience preferred. Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands. #NowHiring
