4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Perform flux-core MIG (FCAW) welding on structural steel Read and work from blueprints to complete full layouts Fabricate components: cutting, fitting, assembling Weld in vertical, overhead, and confined positions Operate equipment: Overhead & jib cranes Band saws, drill presses, grinders, stud welders Move throughout the shop (not stuck in one booth) Ensure high-quality, structurally sound welds ✅ Requirements (Must-Have) Structural steel welding experience

REQUIRED

Strong flux-core (FCAW) welding skills Ability to pass: 3F & 4F weld tests 3G vertical up weld test (X-ray quality) Blueprint reading & layout experience Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lift 50 lbs, kneel, crawl) Ability to work independently Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
