🔧 Position Overview We're seeking an Entry‑Level Welder to support the production of high‑quality steel products. You'll be performing weld prep, welding, finishing, and repairing submerged arc weld seams on steel pipe using specialized equipment. If you're eager to learn and grow your welding career — this role is built for you. 🔥 Key Responsibilities Perform welding and finishing operations to meet customer specifications Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment Read & interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions Inspect work using precision measuring tools Use grinders (manual & powered) for finishing work Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace Perform additional duties as needed 🛠 Essential Skills & Qualifications At least 1 year of welding experience Ability to perform assigned welding techniques Understanding of weld parameters (amps, volts, wire speed, etc.) Experience using precision measuring tools Ability to work with mobile device applications Must pass an internal welding test ⭐ Preferred Experience MIG, Flux Core, and Dual Shield welding Blueprint reading and interpretation 📞 Interested?
