Direct-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Hiring an industrial fabrication contractor for a Stainless Steel Tank Welder/Fabricator role for a project-based work in Morris, MN. In this role, you'll support the construction and repair of large stainless steel tanks used in regulated, food‑grade environments. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders looking for steady project work, competitive compensation, and a chance to showcase advanced stainless steel TIG/MIG skills. What You'll Do as a Stainless Steel Tank Welder /
Fabricator:
Perform pulse TIG welding on stainless steel (primarily 304 & 316) Execute pulse MIG processes as needed Fabricate, repair, and modify food‑grade stainless steel tanks Grind and polish welds to meet food‑grade finish standards Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Complete required weld and grinding qualification tests Collaborate closely with supervisors and fabrication team members to meet production goals What You Need to Bring to the
Stainless Steel Tank Welder Role:
