• 6:30 AM What You'll Do As an Aluminum Welder, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet exact specifications and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Performing aluminum GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding Producing welds that meet quality standards and production schedules Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and acceptance criteria Preparing materials and completing fit-up and setup activities Conducting visual inspections to ensure compliance with AWS and ASME standards Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Using proper PPE and supporting a culture of excellence and accountability What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Aluminum TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding Ability to weld material thicknesses from 0.125" to 0.50" Experience welding in 1G, 2G, and 3G positions Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications Knowledge of
