Monday- Saturday 6am-until, OT required Perform FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) and MIG welding on structural steel components. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication documents. Weld beams, columns, trusses, frames, stairs, handrails, and other structural steel assemblies. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality standards are met. Grind, fit, tack, and prepare materials before welding. Use measuring tools, squares, levels, and layout equipment accurately. Follow AWS welding standards and company quality requirements. Maintain productivity goals while producing quality workmanship. Report equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervision. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Work effectively with fitters, fabricators, and production personnel. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience 2+ years of MIG and Flux Core welding experience preferred. Experience in a structural steel fabrication environment strongly preferred. Skills and Abilities Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings and weld symbols. Knowledge of FCAW welding processes and techniques. Ability to pass a structural welding test. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and measuring skills. Familiarity with

standards preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
