Duties Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding to fabricate and repair metal structures and components Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to execute precise fabrication tasks Utilize hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, and power tools to complete fabrication and maintenance activities Conduct maintenance painting on fabricated structures or equipment as needed to prevent corrosion and ensure longevity Assist with HVAC system repair and building interior maintenance to support facility operations Maintain facilities equipment including plumbing systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components through routine inspections and repairs Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory Experience Proven experience in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding within manufacturing or facilities environments Electrical experience including electrical work, electrical equipment repair, schematics reading, and use of tools like ohmmeters for diagnostics Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance or fabrication setting is preferred but not mandatory Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills make a real impact!
