Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality metal fabrication projects, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency across all tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse materials and advanced welding techniques in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. You will be responsible for a service truck with all necessary equipment needed to perform day to day operations. Duties Perform various welding processes including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) in compliance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards and ASME codes. Use measuring instruments, measuring tapes to ensure precise dimensions during fabrication. Operate power tools, plasma cutters, and machining tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials. Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and mechanical fasteners while adhering to safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fabrication shop, following safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven construction site experience or background in metal fabrication environments. Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, and gas metal arc welding. Strong mechanical knowledge. Experience with metal fabrication, plasma cutting, torching. Familiarity with measuring instruments and basic math for precise measurements. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding operations and construction site environments. Excellent mechanical skills combined with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
