Haire is a premier manufacture of Truck Bodies in Thomasville, NC. This position will be responsible for welding parts and pieces of truck bodies in a fast paced truck body production environment. Typically each position will work with hand & power tools to prep materials and weld them in a set amount of time. This process or a similar process will repeat over the course of the working day. We are looking to add strong, reliable, and hard working employees to our team. This is a manufacturing setting, with a production mindset to quickly build truck body parts. Position requirements are listed below:
First Shift, Monday-Friday typically 6:30am to 3:00pm or 6:30am to 5:00pm At least 2 years of welding experience (Carbon, Stainless, Galvanneal, Aluminum) Manufacturing background is a plus. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16. (Will be tested) Familiar with hand and air tools. No issues with working off of a ladder. Must be able to read and comprehend orders & engineered drawings. Must pass a pre employment Drug Screen as well as a Background Check.
