Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication and welding processes, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards while fabricating and assembling components for our projects. Responsibilities Interpret and read blueprints to determine specifications for fabrication tasks. Fabricate components using hand tools, welding equipment, and machining techniques. Assemble parts and structures according to design specifications. Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials as needed. Ensure all work complies with industry codes and standards. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
AWS D1.1
weld certification or ability to qualify. Able to problem solve and complete basic algebra / trigonometry. Experience with CNC software such as sheetcam, bendtech, etc. is preferred. Forklift / crane certification preferred. Strong understanding of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication. OSHA 10-Hour Training Certification preferred.
