Job Description
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Trade school or technical training preferred Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment required Welding experience with MIG and/or TIG processesKnowledge and Skills:
Ability to understand and apply welding processes and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Experience working with different materials and weld requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use basic welding and fabrication tools Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to work instructions Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and production requirements are met Perform inspections of completed welds and identify quality concerns Make adjustments to equipment and processes as needed Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Complete other duties as assignedBenefits :
