Job Description
TIG Welder Our manufacturing client is looking for an experienced TIG Welder for their team! You'll work on a wide variety of general sheet metal fabrication jobs at the company's Dover, NH facility. Responsibilities of the TIG Welder Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment Select correct tooling and fixtures and adjust equipment as needed Ensure parts are manufactured to specifications and meet or exceed strict quality standards Maintain machinery Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures Perform other tasks as required Qualifications of the TIG Welder Weld (MIG/TIG) experience required; 2-5 years of experience preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate) Ability to learn laser and plasma welding Welding certification a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job aids, and shop orders Ability to use measuring instruments such as verniers and gauges and use equipment to identify metal types and thicknesses Basic shop math skills This TIG Welder role offers $30-$35/hour, depending on experience, and may lead to a permanent opportunity with awesome benefits upon hire for the right candidate.
