$30.00 per hour About Eazy Grease Eazy Grease is a growing used cooking oil collection and recycling company serving restaurants and businesses throughout the region. We are looking for a dependable, skilled Welder to join our New Jersey operations team in Elizabeth. Position Summary The Welder will primarily be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining the metal containers used throughout our operations . This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong welding and fabrication skills who takes pride in producing durable, quality work. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble company containers according to operational needs Weld, repair, and reinforce damaged metal containers Cut, fit, measure, and prepare metal components for fabrication Inspect containers for damage, wear, leaks, or structural issues Perform modifications and preventative repairs as needed Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication equipment safely Maintain welding tools, equipment, and an organized work area Ensure completed work is structurally sound and meets company standards Follow all workplace and equipment safety procedures Assist with other fabrication, repair, and maintenance projects as needed Qualifications Previous professional welding and/or metal fabrication experience required Proficiency with common welding, cutting, and grinding equipment Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and fabricate metal components Ability to assess damaged metal structures and determine appropriate repairs Comfortable working independently and completing projects from start to finish Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday through Friday Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a hands-on welding and fabrication position Eazy Grease is looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in their craftsmanship .
