Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Layout shells, fit and weld components relating to ASME Code shell and tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
  • Operate various tools and equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and press brake machines
  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings and weld maps.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • AWS/ASME
    Qualified in multiple positions and processes.
  • Must have at least 10 years of welding experience in a work setting.
  • AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF HEAT EXCHANGER/ PRESSURE VESSEL FABRICATION EXPERIENCE.
  • Proficient in various welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, SAW, FCAW).
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and grinders.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
