The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including pipeline systems, HVAC units, fire sprinkler fitting, and structural assemblies. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong technical proficiency in various welding techniques, interpret detailed schematics, and utilize a range of hand and power tools. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to high-quality project delivery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, and other welding processes in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Execute pipe threading, tube bending, and fitting tasks for plumbing, HVAC, or pipeline projects. Use calipers, hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment to prepare materials for welding or assembly. Maintain compliance with ASME codes & standards during fabrication of pressure vessels or piping systems. Conduct quality inspections using calipers and schematics to verify dimensions and weld integrity. Support construction site activities by assisting with rigging, installation, maintenance, or repair tasks. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols related to fire sprinkler fitting, pipeline installation, or general construction practices. Document work progress accurately and communicate effectively with team members regarding project status or issues. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and related techniques suitable for various materials. Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, and assembly processes. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards applicable to pressure vessels and piping systems. Experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments involving HVAC systems or pipeline installation. Competence in using hand tools such as calipers, power tools, soldering equipment, and rigging gear. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential in fabrication tasks. Knowledge of plumbing principles and maintenance procedures related to fire sprinkler fitting or HVAC units. Ability to interpret schematics accurately for assembly or repair projects. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to welding operations and construction activities.
