We operate from an 8,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with CNC cutting, forming, welding, and assembly capabilities. We're looking for a motivated TIG/MIG Welder-Fabricator who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow with a fast-paced fabrication shop. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints Fit, tack, weld, and finish fabricated assemblies Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, drill presses, and other shop tools Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Assist with assembly, packaging, and shop organization as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment
