Welder Oneida, NY | Full-Time | $24-$28+ per hour DOE Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Welder for a full-time opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Oneida, NY. This position is a good fit for a skilled welder with at least 3 years of hands-on welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and working safely in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications Follow established safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other fabrication or production duties as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of welding experience required Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience using common hand, power, and measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team Pay $24-$28+ per hour, depending on experience For immediate consideration, please submit your resume to utica@hiresapphire.com .
