Job Description

Full-Time Welder / Fabricator We are seeking a full time welder/fabricator to join our growing team. We are a family-owned waste and recycling company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks, containers, compactors, and other equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, stick, and/or TIG welding on steel components Repair roll-off containers, front-load dumpsters, compactors, and trailers Fabricate and modify steel parts as needed Perform structural repairs on trucks and equipment Use torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and fabrication tools safely Inspect equipment and identify repair needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently and as part of our maintenance team
Qualifications:
Welding and fabrication experience required Ability to read measurements and fabricate from drawings or examples Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, or construction equipment is a plus Must be reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus but not required) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
