AWS D1.1

Certified Structural Welder for a short-term prevailing wage project.

Requirements:

Current

AWS D1.1

Certified Welder certification ( Required ) Certification must be active and verifiable through the AWS Certified Welder online database. Applicants whose certification cannot be verified will not be considered. Experience performing structural steel welding. Proficient with SMAW (Stick) welding. Ability to read structural drawings. Reliable transportation. Must have proper PPE. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:

NYS Prevailing Wage $42.25/hour Base Wage $36.67/hour Supplemental Benefits Overtime paid in accordance with the NYS Prevailing Wage Schedule.

Project:

3-5 day assignment. Opportunity for future prevailing wage and commercial welding projects.
