Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable aluminum Fabrication MIG Welder to join our small, dedicated team focused on building high-quality aluminum docks, ramps, and related accessories. This self-managed role involves both standard and custom fabrication projects, including maintenance and repairs, with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities MIG weld aluminum docks, gangways, and accessories Fabricate parts from blueprints, drawings, and measurements Cut, fit, assemble, and finish aluminum components Operate shop equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and other tools Perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed Required Qualifications Experience with aluminum MIG welding Strong measurement and layout skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable, motivated, and dependable Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience If you are an experienced welder/fabricator who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
