Expectations/ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Front end loader operator Following all safety standards as per company policies Support daily maintenance of the asphalt and rap plant; greasing of bearings, adjusting belts Must be willing to labor in areas of need Willingness to learn equipment repair skills Keeping work area clean and safe Welding capabilities a plus

Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes:

Prior front end loader experience Asphalt/rap industry related experience considered a plus but not mandatory Must have an optimistic attitude and willing to learn new tasks Must be able to read, comprehend manuals & directions

Physical Demands:

Perform all job-related functions at elevated heights (80') Repetitive stooping, bending, crouching as required to perform duties Ability to lift/carry at least 50 pounds unaccompanied Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Hours of work are: 12 hours a day generally between (5:30am to 5:00pm) Monday through Friday. Saturday work as required. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions Periodical exposure to high levels of noise, grease & dust

Pay:

Starting at $32 per hour; final pay depending on experience. Time and the half paid after 40 hours per week. Pay will depend on skills and/or qualifications
